Service Description
A pre-appointment telephone consultation is a discussion to assess suitability for treatment, understand your goals, and identify the best treatment for you. The consultation itself, is part of providing excellent client service and possibpy creating a package personalised to suit your needs Please note a minimum fee of £30/15mins is charged and only redeemable (against the treatment booked) within 14 days from the day of consultation. Description of a Telephone Consultation The primary goal is to ensure client safety and satisfaction by gathering essential information and managing expectations before the client commits time and money to an in-person appointment.
Cancellation Policy
PLEASE KINDLY NOTE, ALL DEPOSITS ARE NON-REFUNDABLE. A MINIMUM OF 48 HOURS IS REQUIRED IF YOU WISH TO RESCHEDULE YOUR APPOINTMENT (WITH NO EXCEPTIONS MADE). Please do not bring anyone else with you (as they will not be admitted) unless it's agreed with the therapist prior to your booking. Late arrivals (of 15 minutes or more) may have their deposit held without receiving a treatment. It is your responsibility to ensure your travel route will allow you to arrive on time for your appointment. Rude and abusive behaviour will not be tolerated in any form. Thank you in advance .
